The start of a new school year is just around the corner, and Dell Rapids Elementary School is excited to welcome students and families back for another year of learning, growth, and success!

DRES Open House will be held on Monday, August 18, from 5:00–6:30 PM. This is a great opportunity for students and parents to meet teachers, visit classrooms, drop off supplies, and get familiar with the school before the first day of classes.

Families are also reminded that school supply lists are available on the school website. We encourage parents to review the lists and begin gathering supplies to help students start the year prepared and ready to learn.

Mark your calendars for School Picture Day on August 27. More information regarding picture ordering will be shared as the date approaches.
