We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Dell Rapids Fire Department for visiting Dell Rapids Elementary School and sharing their time and expertise with our students during Fire Prevention Week.
Our students were thrilled to learn about fire safety directly from our local heroes. Through engaging demonstrations and hands-on activities, the firefighters taught important lessons about fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and the vital role they play in keeping our community safe.
Seeing the fire trucks up close and interacting with the firefighters made a lasting impression, and we are grateful for the opportunity to connect classroom learning with real-world safety practices.
